Emma Donoghue short listed for The Man Booker Prize

The Man Booker Prize has announced that Emma Donoghue’s Room has made the shortlist for the 2010 prize. In an interview with Irish Central, Donoghue said that she was “overjoyed” to still be in contention for the award. Winners will be announced on October 7.
