We are seeking applications from experienced media production students and/or professionals with knowledge of podcast production and live web broadcasting.
The volunteer Media Production Assistant will support our online activities and events programmes by providing technical assistance to Online Events Coordinators organising podcasts, online writing workshops, artist talks, and other live web-based events.
As a technical specialist on the team, you may be asked to correspond with participating artists and writers in addition to other volunteer staff.
The weekly time commitment for this volunteer post will vary, but will never exceed 10 hours in any given week.
The ideal volunteer has demonstrable experience in creating podcasts and webcasts, can provide guidance on tools and best practices for web media production in both PC and Mac environments, and has an interest in literature and the arts.
