“Us and Them or We?” exhibition seeks submissions of socially engaged art

Comuniart is organising an exhibition that explores the relationship between the establishment, the society it perpetuates and regulates and how the individual members of this society relate to one another and ultimately to themselves with particular attention being paid to the national conflict that has occurred over the last year: Political demonstrations / occupations, riots and evictions.

As well as the display of visual art, Us and them or We? will also feature a series of events showcasing performing artists whose acts deal with similar issues. The exhibition will be hosted across a number of prominent London venues. The dates are still to be confirmed.

Visual artists / musicians / poets / and performers (a creative of any kind) with work relevant to social issues are encouraged to contact the organizers.

You can also download and return an Artwork Submission Form from the Us and Them or We? page on the Comuniart website (www.comuniart.com)

If you have access to a venue and would like to use it as a space to host a part of the exhibition then please contact Comuniart.
